Who is responsible for your data

This policy is written to comply with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), B.E. 2562 (2019). It explains what we collect, why, for how long, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect and why

Inquiry details. When you submit the consultation form, we receive the name, email, optional phone number, the topic you select, and the description you write, plus a timestamp. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the consent box and send the form. The purpose is solely to assess whether a consultation fits, to scope it, to prepare for it, and to follow it up.

Consent preference. Your choice on the cookie consent banner is stored in your own browser, under the key nlf_consent_v1. It records only whether you accepted or rejected. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of recording your preference so the banner does not reappear.

What we do not collect. This site runs no analytics, no advertising tags, no third-party tracking scripts, and no cookies beyond the consent preference above. No data is sent to any third party for measurement, advertising or profiling.

How the form is handled

The inquiry form posts your details as JSON to a handler on this same domain (/api/inquiry). It is not sent to a third-party form service, an email marketing tool, or a customer-relationship platform. The handler is operated by this practice and used only to receive and reply to your inquiry.

How long we keep your data

Inquiry details are retained for as long as needed to deliver and follow up the consultation, and then for a reasonable period afterwards to answer follow-up questions or meet accounting record-keeping obligations. If you ask us not to proceed with a consultation, your inquiry details are deleted on request. The consent preference in your browser persists until you clear your browser storage.

Who can see your data

Within the practice, only the people who prepare and conduct consultations can see inquiry details. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with any third party for their own purposes. Where a strictly necessary service provider (for example, the host of this website) processes data on our behalf, they do so under contract and only to keep the site online.

Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request a copy of it; ask for it to be corrected; ask for it to be deleted; withdraw the consent you gave on the form (which ends any further processing based on that consent); and complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee if you believe your rights have been breached.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@netlattice.click. We will respond within a reasonable time and at latest within the period set by the PDPA.

International transfer

Your data is processed in Thailand. We do not transfer personal data outside Thailand except where strictly necessary to operate this website (for example, where the site’s hosting infrastructure sits outside Thailand), in which case it is protected to a standard no lower than that required by the PDPA.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Material changes that affect how your data is handled will not be applied to existing inquiries without notice.
