Terms
The terms on which NetLattice Family Finance offers household budgeting and cash-flow planning consultations, and the expectations on both sides of an engagement.
About these terms
These terms govern the household budgeting and cash-flow planning consultations offered by NetLattice Family Finance Co., Ltd. (Tax ID 0105590857444), of 27/6, Phetchaburi Road, Ratchathewi, Bangkok, 10400, Thailand. By sending an inquiry or booking a session, you accept these terms. If any term conflicts with a specific written agreement signed for an engagement, that signed agreement prevails.
What the service is
A consultation is a planning session. It maps your household’s income and outflow against real dates, separates fixed from variable costs, and produces a written cash-flow summary with a small number of concrete adjustments chosen with you. It is advice about organising your own household finances, not a regulated financial, investment, tax, or debt-counselling service.
What the service is not
A consultation does not select, recommend, or sell investment products; does not file tax returns or give tax advice; does not predict market, interest-rate, or currency movements; and does not act as debt counselling or insolvency assistance. Where your question falls outside the scope above, the session will say so and, where possible, point you toward a more suitable professional.
Booking and scope
An engagement begins with an inquiry. We confirm whether a consultation fits, name the specific area the session will address, and only then schedule. A session is scoped at the outset; it is not extended mid-way to a second area. If a second area is relevant, it is named at scoping and booked as a separate session.
What you provide
The accuracy of a cash-flow plan depends on the accuracy of the figures you bring. You are asked to provide three to six months of real household spending records — bank and e-wallet history, a note of cash costs, and any recurring commitments — and to answer scoping questions truthfully. A plan built on incomplete or inaccurate figures will reflect that limitation.
Cancellation and rescheduling
A booked session may be rescheduled once without charge if you tell us at least 24 hours before the meeting time. A session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged at the agreed session fee, because the time was held for your household and not offered to another.
Fees
Specific fees, if any, are confirmed in writing at scoping before a session is booked. No payment is taken at the inquiry stage. Refund conditions are set out on the refund page.
Conduct of the engagement
Sessions are conducted by the practice, in person at our Bangkok office or by video call. We will act with reasonable care and skill, and we ask that you engage honestly with the figures and the questions raised. We will not, under any circumstance, hold or move your money on your behalf.
Limitation
The plan you receive is based on the figures and circumstances you describe at the time of the session. A household’s finances change, and a plan is not a forecast. We are not liable for outcomes that depend on spending, income, or events outside the session, or on figures that were not provided.
